SYDNEY: Emerging womenswear label Rose & Ruby has scored a double header for its spring/summer 2008/09 collection. The Sydney-based retailer and wholesaler has cracked the Asian market and landed an enviable partnership with department store David Jones.
Launched in 2006 by business partners Karah Tarran-Wilson and Rebecca Reeves-Saunders, the brand has already established a celebrity client base which includes Cate Blanchett, Gracie Otto and Kate Ritchie and a flagship retail site in Paddington.
The spring/summer 2008/09 collection has now launched Rose & Ruby into the Asian market with Singapore's Puce Boutique and Indonesia's Velvet Boutique confirmed to stock the range.
Department store David Jones has also been confirmed as a stockist for the collection, launching it through its Sydney flagship site from August.
Additional new stockists include Queensland's Wedding & Co (Quarter Tenerife), Western Australia's Sana Boutique (Claremont) and Tasmania's White Boutique (Hobart).
