SYDNEY: Fashion journalist Patty Huntington, Farage founder Joe Farage and eveningwear buff Matthew Eager will take to the stage at Fashion Group International's autumn/winter 2008/09 conference. The bi-annual event, which includes an audiovisual presentation on trends from the European and American ready-to-wear collections, will kick off in Sydney on July 29 and follow in Melbourne on July 30.
Vicious Threads founder Ivan Gomez will join Farage, Eager and Huntington as a guest panelist for the Sydney instalment, which will take place at Sofitel Hotel's grand ballroom. The industry insiders will offer audiences an insight into how international fashion trends relate to the local market.
Razak Design founder Razak Mohammed is confirmed to join Huntington and Gomez on the Melbourne panel, with Farage and Eager set to speak at the Sydney instalment only.
