MELBOURNE: Highpoint is re-imagining the concept of VIP shopping with an ambitious roll-out of entertainment events. Designed to lure consumers with the promise of live music and bubbles, the shopping centre has devised a series of value-added shopping experiences.
Pop talent Michael Paynter had been recruited to headline a stellar line-up at the first of Highpoint's new-improved VIP shopping experiences tomorrow, June 11, a spokesperson confirmed. Also featuring on the line up would be DJ Matt Sofo from the group Soul Collective - a regular DJ at popular Melbourne nightspots The Motel and Seven - as well as DJ ensemble The White Suits, playing a blend of traditional and classical instruments, and contemporary beat production featuring violin, percussion, cello and DJ mixes.
Complimentary champagne bars provided by Deakin Estate would serve bubbly throughout the day and night, which would also feature free giveaways.
"Our live musical experiences throughout the centre not only support Australian talent and provide enjoyment for our shoppers – they give our people another reason to visit us and pick up a cool bargain to take home as a memento of great shopping experience at Highpoint."
It is understood Highpoint plans to roll out further VIP shopping and entertainment nights on a regular basis.
