Westfield announces AGM

SYDNEY: Shopping centre giant Westfield Holdings will hold its annual general meeting later this month.

The Westfield Holdings AGM will take place at 10.00 am on May 23 at the Sofitel Wentworth, Grand Ballroom, 61 – 101 Phillip Street, Sydney.

A statement from the company said the meeting would include analysis of the company's financial performance and the election of directors.

As Australia's largest listed property group by equity market capitalisation, The Westfield Group operates shopping centres across five states of Australia, and globally has interests in total assets of A$63.2 billion, representing 118 shopping centres in four countries with over 10.1 million square metres of retail space.

Westfield Australia has bolstered its fashion offering in recent times, with a dedicated website featuring hot tips, celebrity styles and what-to-wear advice from UK fashion duo Susannah and Trinny.
