NATIONAL: A new partnership between shopping comparison website Shopping.com and online retail catalogue hub Catalogue Central promises enhanced choice for web-savvy fashion consumers.

The deal will allow shoppers to cherry pick items from both online and offline retailers on one site. Shopping.com Australia country manager Shaun Cornelius said the company was "extremely pleased" to announce the partnership.

"The new offering will benefit all online bargain hunters with both online and offline products available for browsing and searching."

The partnership would see Catalogue Central’s e-tail shopping channel powered by Shopping.com’s technology, opening up a broader range of deals to site visitors.

Robert Wong, CEO of Catalogue Central said the development would give consumers a broader spectrum of products and deals.

"Catalogue Central and Shopping.com really do now deliver Australia’s most comprehensive shopping information online. Visitors love the convenience of having all the brands and latest shopping information in one place," he said.

Shopping.com - which features product from all over the globe - boasts over one million unique visitors per month, while Catalogue Central is gaining acceptance with retailers and consumers across Australia, presenting catalogue content from leading retail brands across all categories including fashion and lifestyle.
