To wear or not to wear?
They came, they saw and they fiddled. Two of Britain's most prolific style experts, Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine (pictured), kicked off their Australian Westfield tour this month with a generous amount of groping, slagging and pinching. The hosts of television show Trinny and Susannah Undress the Nation and authors of Ready To Wear granted no favours at their official media launch in Sydney, selecting delegates from the crowd and literally dissecting their choice of dress. Radio hosts Merrick & Rosso were on hand to keep the mood light while fresh canapes and beverages also made their rounds.

International denimwear brand Levi's found a novel way to showcase its latest autumn/winter 2008 collection. Entrants from the latest series of Australia's Next Top Model were called on for an evening of live fashion, drinks and music at Sydney's Cargo Lounge. Ode to heritage
Iconic Australian lifestyle brand R.M Williams showed its true colours at a collaborative launch in Sydney recently. The brand, which celebrated its 75th anniversary last July, showcased its Aboriginal Art Collection at the Art Gallery of NSW. Created solely for R.M Williams by the Tjapaltjarri brothers, it was unveiled by company chairman Ken Kowley and drew a host of high-profile guests which included head designer Jonathan Ward and television personality Deborah Hutton (pictured).

A timely experience
Bling was high on the agenda at the recent accessory launch for Tommy Hillfiger, Lacoste, Kenneth Cole, Hugo Boss and Roberto Cavalli. Hosted by Timat Imports at the Martin Brown Fine Art Gallery in Potts Point, the affair drew a number of fashion media delegates including Marie Claire's Christina Teniswood, Vogue's Damien Woollnough and GQ's Melissa Boyle.
