NATIONAL: New Zealand label Moontide has been sold to Swimwear Couture in Hong Kong, one of the shareholders in Moontide Europe.
As part of the sale, a new company has been established in Sydney, Moontide (Pacific) Ltd, which will be headed up by designers & distributors of Bond-Eye Swim & Lisa Ho Swim, Steve Philpott and Tash Sassoon.
Moontide founder Tony Hart will remain onboard with a five year consultancy deal.
