Herringbone appoints Retail Directions
SYDNEY: High-end men's and womenswear shirting brand Herringbone has appointed a new software supplier in an attempt to improve productivity.
The Sydney-based brand has sought the services of Melbourne retail technology company Retail Directions to provide its information technology platform to improve its supply of products from design to retail.
Herringbone managing director John Mutton said the collaboration will enable the brand to integrate the management of all its operations which it hopes will "greatly improve" the coordination of its international supply chain.
"Our productivity was being hampered significantly due to the fact we were trying to operate using four different retail systems that weren't completely compatible with each other."
