SYDNEY: Stockbroking and investment bank specialist Stuart Richardson has been appointed as the non-executive chairman and director of womenswear brand UnderCoverWear.
Richardson is the founding director of Blackwood Capital Limited, an Australian-based investment bank which operates in capital markets, advisory services and funds management in equities and private equities funds.
The appointment follows the resignation of David Hall, a corporate management, finance and direct-selling veteran who had served as chairman of UCW since November 2005 and director since May 2004.
UCW is a direct selling company that currently operates throughout Australia and New Zealand and has over 2000 independent sales consultants in both markets.
