SYDNEY: With his first dive into the swimwear market, Brendon Marczan is no doubt expecting some serious ripple effects to ensue.

The young Sydney artist has entered the men's swimwear market with the launch of blue, an online retail men's swimwear brand promising blokes a unique point of difference in the surf and sun.

Located at iwantblue.com, the label would specialise in limited runs of Australian designed and made swimming shorts, trunks and briefs, Marczan confirmed.

"Now there’s no excuse to be to be caught out wearing the same gear as your mates. Each new collection will guarantee cutting edge design and unique and individual patterns one step ahead of the market.," he said.

The current range includes trunks, briefs, swim shorts or board shorts featuring geometric patterns and flashes of neon blue, mod prints in bright red and yellow, Rubics cube detailing, TV test card imagery or skull designs, priced at around $59.95 to $79.95.
