BRISBANE: One of Queensland's most successful independent retailers has made the leap into e-commerce.
The Joy Stores director Melanie Tan – who owns and operates a string of high-end designer boutiques along the Gold Coast and Brisbane – will launch an online store tomorrow.
Available through the company's website, www.thejoystores.com , the e-boutique will stock a selection of local and international brands including Thurley, Alice McCall, LIFEwithBIRD, French Sole, Tina Kalivas, Jayson Brunsdon, Maise, Stephanie Conley, Gail Sorronda, Marnie Skillings, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Stretsis, Konstantina Mittas and Anna Sui.
The website will also include a designer profile section, seasonal lookbooks and a gallery of images from promotional events.
Tan currently owns and operates three boutiques in Queensland; Joy Hysteric, Joy Electric and Joy in the City.
