My childhood dream job
Fashion Designer. My mum used to sew and knit garments for my siblings and I, and my dad had worked as pattern cutter and knitted bikinis (in the '70s when crochet bikinis were big) in his teens, so I was always inspired by why they did and especially loved my dads stories about knitting bikinis

My first job
Retail assistant in a hippie shop that sold clothing, jewelry and home wares. I loved it, the shop has so much colour and the best visual displays

My biggest risk
I don't think I have taken any that are worth mentioning. No big risks as yet

My proudest moment
So far it would have to be getting this job, I love it

My biggest mistake or regret
No regrets. Everyone makes mistakes and any I have made I have tried to learn from

My fashion faux pax
It would have to be fluffy ugg boots worn outside. I just can't stand it when you see girls wearing those white fluffy ugg boots over their pants or worse with a skirt out in public. Leave them for the lounge room

If I wasn't in fashion I'd be
A marine biologist. I have lived near the beach all my life and loved combing the beaches and wading in rock pools as a child. I am fascinated by marine life

In my spare time I
Love to spend time with my friends and family. They are all very supportive and I love them for that

I want my epitaph to say
That's too hard to think about, it's too early to decide
