Morrison womenswear director Kylie Radford has beat out labels One Fell Swoop, Joveeba, Ae'lkemi and Su for the 2007 West Australia Designer of the Year Award. Since its inception five years ago, Morrison has opened a number of flagship stores across Western Australia, a concept store in Sydney and plans to open in Melbourne by early next year. The award was presented by Arts WA as part of the 2007 Perth Fashion Festival.
