The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) sure has a fancy way of describing dodgy retail practices. The commission has just initiated proceedings against garment specialist Skins for breaching the Trade Practices Act - or should that be for the categorical contravention of Federal bilateral trade legislation?

Armani Exchange marketing representative Lucy Owens gets all hot under the collar when describing the launch of the brand's first underwear collection. Perhaps the ACCC should take a cue?

Australian Fashion Week regional marketing and communications director Graeme Lewsey is clearly not a subscriber of the scissors, paper, rock choice theory. Lewsey said the timing of Trans-seasonal Fashion Week - which falls on the back of Paris Fashion Week - was logically decided.
