Running your own business is a roller coaster of emotions and is as risky as it is rewarding

Don't think I have achieved that yet... ask me again in say 50 years

My biggest regret
I always think with my heart, perhaps a little voice of reason wouldn't have been a bad thing now and again

To build a major distribution business with multiple labels

My fashion faux pas
A cream suede jacket I bought in New York with tassels all over. I was going for bohemian chic and ended up with a hippie disaster

My mentor
My best friend Andy is an artist, a writer, the head of an international press office and sensational fashion stylist. She is a total trendsetter. I think we constantly mentor each other, and no decision is made without her input and approval

If I could do it over
I wouldn't change a thing. Even though moving countries and studying for six years has had its challenges I think I am the sum of all of those experiences.
