MELBOURNE: The Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Association has called for expressions of interest to participate in the Australian Pavilion at international trade fair Techtextil.

The German-based fabric fair specialises in technical textiles and nonwoven fabrics and will be staged in Frankfurt am Main from June 16 to 18. Over 1,119 representatives from 43 countries exhibited at the previous instalment with a total of 22,876 visitors passing through the fair.

Organisers Messe Frankfurt will hold a special congress at the fair as part of the International Year Of Natural Fibres.
