Ragtrader asks Underwear Of Sweden designer Helen Pilhage to keep a diary of her day spent organising the launch of the brand's latest range.
1. 1pm - Arriving at venue

My day starts just after lunch when my husband Jonas, our team and I arrive at Sydney's Cruise Bar. This is where we will be holding a fashion show for the launch of the new Underwear of Sweden spring/summer 2009/10 collection.
2. 1.30pm - Consult with Toni & Guy for hair and make-up

The hair and makeup team will be creating very strong looks for the models. Our concept for the show is to "toughen up" the feel of delicate and feminine lingerie. Our source of inspiration is Grace Jones and we want sleek, pulled back hair and dramatic makeup to reflect this.
3. 2.00pm - Setting up collection backstage

With a lingerie show, it is really important to make sure all the looks are clearly marked so that no pieces go missing, as that can happen quite easily. This season's collection features a colour palette of soft pink, white, black and aqua, which is followed through in the styling of the show, particularly in the fabulous shoes we've sourced from [footwear brand] Melissa.
4. 3.30pm - Oversee set up of lights and DJ booth

Special guest DJ Mark Lines will be providing music for the show and we must make sure everything is working smoothly. Music always sets the mood for a show and tonight we will be hearing a combination of Daft Punk, Grace Jones, The Presets and a cheeky touch of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" during our bridal-themed finale.
5. 4.30pm - Feed the models

Always important! Tonight we're serving sandwiches to make sure the girls have enough energy to work it on the runway. Who said models don't eat?
6. 5.00pm - Have hair and make-up done with MC Katie Richardson

Our fabulous MC for the night is Miss World Australia Katie Richardson. Katie has just returned from South Africa where she competed in the Miss World competition and it is a pleasure to have her hosting the function this evening. We are getting our hair and make-up done before we rehearse the show.
7. 5.30pm - Rehearsal

With just over an hour until showtime, we begin our first rehearsal in the space. As the show is taking place on the top level of Cruise Bar, the models will walk through the crowd out on to the terrace, which overlooks Sydney Harbour. _Luckily the weather is perfect. Everyone seems to be getting very excited!
8. 7.15pm - Showtime

The party is certainly underway, with champagne and cocktails making their way around the crowd and now it is time for the show.
9. 7.40pm - Time to relax!

Sipping a well-earned glass of bubbly. I was so happy with the whole show. The turn out was fantastic and the models looked stunning. I'm already thinking about the next one!
