MELBOURNE: T.L. Wood is launching an online transactional website this month.
The move is designed to help the womenswear brand reach a wider national and international customer base.
The website will launch with the label's spring/summer 09/10 range. The collection features a minimalist aesthetic with a nod to utilitarian and athletic influences. A strong colour palette of black, grey, navy and white will be livened up with vivid shades and softened with prints and pastels.
Basic pieces, accessories and shoes will also be available to purchase.
The womenswear label currently has two boutiques as well as wholesale trade, including department store Myer.
The online expansion follows designer Teresa Liano's 2008 split from business partner Christopher Wood, after ten years of working together.
