What's selling in

Subiaco is a vibrant city abundant with high-end fashion stores, eateries and entertainment. Located 9km west of Perth, Subiaco is a shoppers paradise boasting more than 70 designer fashion boutiques and 50 cafes and restaurants.
Monika Majewska, manager of women's boutique Wayne Cooper, says the town is constantly bustling with people.
"There's something for everyone in Subiaco because there's markets, cafes, theatres and nightclubs. The town buzzes all day every day."
Subiaco is renowned for its shopping and cosmopolitan atmosphere and 'is known as the trendy spot where people come to find something special'.
"The majority of retail stores are independents," says Majewska.
"Subiaco is known to have designer labels so there's a lot of Australian designers that either sell through boutiques or they'll have their own flagship stores here. The Colonnade [shopping centre] is marketed throughout Asia and the hotel industry."
Wayne Cooper is located in The Colonnade and caters to young women providing a range of casual and dress wear. Popular styles include short shorts and vibrant tops with detailing such as sequins.
Liza Mathews, owner of high-end women's boutique Laced Up Urbanware describes Subiaco as 'the fashion hub of Perth'.
"My store is located in The Colonnade which is known as 'the centre of style'," says Mathews.
"It's a shopping centre just for fashion. There's approximately 12 stores here."
The Colonnade showcases leading designer labels from Australia and the world.
Mathews says the main benefit of owning a retail store in Subiaco is the amount of visitors and locals that frequent the area.
"We get a lot of traffic in Subiaco because there are a lot of fashion retailers here and numerous cafes and restaurants. Subiaco is really a destination place for people to come."
Subiaco has a friendly but sophisticated atmosphere with tree lined streets, which are home to beautiful heritage residences and stylish modern apartments.
"There are always lots of developments happening in Subiaco," notes Mathews.
"There's always new buildings and apartments going up. There's more and more people moving into Subiaco.'
