Sportscraft off to the winter Games

Iconic men's and womenswear company Sportscraft has been selected to design and manufacture the official uniform for the Australian OlymThe uniform, which will be worn by the national team to all formal events including the flag raising ceremony, combines rich European fabrics, pure silk, durable cottons and fine merino wool.
"The Sportscraft design team have created a collection...that strikes just the right balance between a sense of occasion and contemporary sportiness," said general manager Sonia Wong.
"The uniform has a classic silhoette, with colour and fabric adding a modern tone."
Featuring fine Italian stretch wool stretch wool, pinstripe suiting is the core part of the collection for both male and female athletes.
Deriving inspiration "from the Australian Waratah", the women's chocolate coloured suiting has been teamed with olive green silk shirting and offset by a deep red merino turtleneck, all of which are layered under a pure cotton heavyweight trench coat and accessoriesed with a fauna green sequined scarf.
The menswear collection likewise features chocolate coloured wool pinstripe suiting . Teamed with pale blue Italian cotton shirting, the uniform is layered with a dark khaki coloured pure cotton trench coat and teamed with a multi-striped merino scarf and a pure leather embossed satchel.
