NATIONAL: Rural customers have been revealed as the most active customers of Sportscraft's online store, which will celebrate six months of trade this week.

The men's and womenswear retailer also revealed the site had proven particularly popular with Australian expatriates and male shoppers, with the latter taking advantage of the site's unique 'Shop the Look' function.

'Shop the Look' enables customers to purchase top-to-toe looks worn by Sportscraft models, with an added 20 per cent discount off the purchase price and free delivery.

“Our male customers like to get ideas about how to put looks together, they like to see outfits on a body, on someone they can relate too, rather than on a mannequin,” Sportscraft said.

Sportscraft launched its online store in December 2009. The brand offers its entire collection online with the aim of better servicing its rural Australian, New Zealand and expatriate customer base.

Sportscraft is owned and managed by the Apparel Group.
