Innovation, Industry, Science and Research Minister Kim Carr has today (August 14) announced a group of 17 industry representatives who will form the federal government's new TCF Innovation Council.

Members include Phil Butt (J Robins & Sons), Bronwyn Darlington (Rise Up Productions), David Kesby (Cue Design), Daniel Leipnik (Specialty Group), Michele O'Neil (TCFUA), Steve Morton (CSIRO) and Andre Reich (Kmart).

The council, formed as part of the government's $410 million TCF package announced in the 2009 budget, will be chaired by Textor Technologies managing director Phillip Butler.
