SYDNEY: Sportscraft is looking to further capitalise on its existing customer base with the launch of a new womenswear diffusion line.

The national men's and womenswear retailer and wholesaler will unveil Sportscraft Signature within five select stores tomorrow (October 6). Sportscraft general manager Sonia Wong said the range would build on the brand's core casual, urban product.

“Using the integrity and history of Sportscraft as a platform, Sportscraft Signature aims to cater to the needs of our existing customer and redefine racewear, occasion wear and workwear for Australian women,” Wong said.

The collection includes dresses for $299 and knitwear for $199, as well as blouses and skirts in exclusive prints. An essentials line, featuring utilitarian jackets, pants and boyfriend shirts, rounds out the range.

Additional garments include a leather jacket for $599 and a wool blazer for $399.

The range has been created by Sportscraft head designer, Marisa Firman, and will be available at Sportscraft's Melbourne Central, Chatswood Chase, Canberra Civic, Elizabeth St Sydney and online stores.

Sportscraft is part of Apparel Group, which also operates the Saba brand.
