NATIONAL: Women's surfwear brand Roxy has embraced the trend for designer collaborations.
The Quiksilver-owned label has partnered with American designer Cynthia Rowley to produce a 40 piece collection that focuses on mixing function and fashion. The range has been picked up by David Jones and will also be on sale in Roxy retail stores.
Garments in the collection include a neoprene wetsuit, pencil skirt and doubled-knitted hoodie. The range also extends to footwear and accessories, incorporating neoprene ballet flats and leather sandals.
Roxy revealed the partnership with Rowley will continue over the next year.
Cynthia Rowley for Roxy will be available at David Jones from mid-April and price points range from $56 to $230.
