MELBOURNE: The company behind Novo Shoes, MNG (Mango) and Westco in Australia has kicked off an aggressive retail roll out of youth label Rampage.

RSH Australia recently launched Rampage into Melbourne’s Chadstone Shopping Centre, shortly followed by stores in suburban centres across Knox, Frankston, Fountain Gate and Forrest Hill, as well as city fringe area Docklands. At the time of press the company was due to open stores in Broadmeadows, Watergardens, Parkmore, Airport West, Highpoint and in the Melbourne CBD before the end of the month. It was also in talks to lease spaces in Eastland and Northland shopping centres, but these were yet to be locked in.

Rampage brand manager Kim Durrington said the aim is to bring fast, price-conscious, celebrity-driven fashion to suburban consumers.

“With the investment we are putting behind it, it really made sense to open a number of stores,” she said.
