SYDNEY: Swimwear retailer Oz Resort has put its premier Bondi Junction store on the market. Owner operator Jacqueline Major has made the decision to sell after a year of operation. Based in Westfield Bondi Junction the store is positioned on the ground floor fronting Oxford Street with a walk through into the Westfield retail mall. Boasting 220 square metres of prime retail space, swimwear brands currently stocked include Seafolly, Jets, Moontide, Tigerlilly, Baku, Ginja, Lush Life and Camellia kaftans. Included in the price is the complete store fit-out to the value of $570,000 at a depreciable rate of $400,000, stock at the value $220,780 plus handover of forward orders (optional). Ongoing obligations include the lease at $250,000 per annum.

Focusing on national sales and stock facilities the Spring/Summer 06 lines are on show from April 3 - 21. The original Lane Cove premises remain the company's head office where design, production and dispatch will operate from.
