The brand is represented by Paddington-based fashion distributor Made In Paris, which also counts Gallic labels such as Les Petites, Soun, Numero 10 and Virginie Castaway amongst its stable. National sales manager Agy Todt said Sinequanone has targeted Sydney metro and regional NSW boutiques for its launch phase, with store drops landing from June. Additional states and territories will be approached in coming months, Todt confirmed.
The spring/summer collection offers a range of casual and workwear seperates in cotton, polyester, viscose, linen, silk, elasine, polyamide, tencil and metal. Prices range from $120 - $250 for dresses; $100 - $170 for pants; $80 to $140 for shirts; $60 to $140 for skirts and $180 to $280 for jackets. Key silhouettes include wide-legged trousers, full skirts, slinky dresses and three-quartered sleeve tailored jackets; while colours range from base royal navy and white to pale pastels, vertical stripes and floral motifs.
Sinequanone operates 190 branded outlets globally, in addition to being sold in 700 multi-brand stores and 20 show rooms outside of France. The brand’s move into the Australian market follows a broader push into the Asia Pacific district, with doors secured in China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam since 1998.
