SYDNEY: Target is set to reveal its latest International Designer for Target collection at an exclusive industry event on October 1.
The value department store chain has a history of creating affordable apparel ranges with major designer brands. Its womenswear range in conjunction with Stella McCartney caused a consumer frenzy when it was launched nationally in 2007.
It has also worked with Zac Posen and make up company director Napoleon Perdis to create celebrity lines.
The company is remaining tight lipped on which label is next on the agenda. However Target in the US recently collaborated with UK luxury leather label Mulberry, which created a range of handbags for the retailer.
The Sydney event will be hosted by Target managing director Laura Inman and its general manager of marketing Murray Chenery.
