MELBOUNRE: Denim retailer Jeanswest is to hit the catwalk with a major parade for its winter 2010 collection.
The show will be part of the L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF). It is the first time the company has staged an individual show at the consumer focused event.
A spokesperson for the company said tickets had almost sold out, with around 500 guests securing seats.
Models will reveal the brand's men's and women's collections, featuring the denim, leather and knitwear styles for the season.
Sydney music group Bang Gang DJ's will play live at the show.
The parade is part of the LMFF City of Stonnington's Fashion Collections, with key events held at the Malvern Town Hall.
Jeanswest has more than 220 stores across Australia and New Zealand. It will back up the parade with a new billboard and magazine advertising campaign.
