Australian surfwear company Insight will launch a range of women's swimwear in mid July.
Whilst the company has produced a limited range of women's swimwear as an add to its summer collections over the years, this is the first standalone swimwear range for Insight.
Dubbed Kaleidoscope Dreaming the inaugural range will consist of 20 swimwear styles togther with 15 matching garments including board shorts and loose fitting 'throw over' tops.
Taking inspiration from an abundance of vintage fabrics and designs, communications manager Jamie Brewer said the debut range mixes artwork with "eye catching detailing, unique design and amazing fabrications".
"The collection pushes traditional swimwear design by offering reversible styles, double layered full pieces, with detachable bikinis as well as ruched sides and cord straps. Branded trinkets and beading, plaited straps and ruching add the extra touch to an already standalone look."
Launching in stores nationally and internationally in mid July early August, it is expected more than 30 countries will Retail price points for the collection are $69.95 to $99.95.
A comprehensive marketing campaign will be launched to coincide with the first summer drop in August. Whilst reluctant to divulge too many details about the planned campaign Brewer said it comprise in-store point-of-sale, in-store education and product placement programs.
