SYDNEY: Independent boutique Incu will show off Rittenhouse's recent collaboration with two famed Swedish artists when it unveils its latest window installation today.
Curated by Tara D'Cruz, the installation is part of Incu's ongoing window project and aims to promote the work of both local and international artists.
The new installation showcases silk garments from Sydney-based label Rittenhouse's latest capsule collection, a one-off collaboration with Swedish artists Pascale Mira Tschanei and Michael Husmann Tschanei. Along with intricate embroidery and a vast colour palette, the garments feature digital prints inspired by the artworks of the Tschaneis.
A husband and wife creative team, the Tschaneis are well known for their dream-like illustrations, paintings, installations and animations.
The Rittenhouse – Husmann Tschaeni installation is on display now at Incu's Sydney city store. Other designers who have been featured in Incu's window project include Romance Was Born and Elke Kramer.
