Harbour Town Adelaide to expand

Adelaide's Brand Direct shopping centre Harbour Town will open a major extension in late October, which will see the centre's size increase by 50 per cent.
At the time of press approximately 80 per cent of the tenancies had been leased, with prominent fashion retailers including Snow and Surf Company, Pumpkin Patch and Joanne Mercer set to move in.
ING Real Estate Leasing director Barry Stockton said the extension would take the number of outlet stores at Harbour Town to more than 90.
Other fashion retailers confirmed for the centre include activewear company Fila and teen fashion chain Valley Girl.
The extension will also see the addition of two fast-food sites fronting Tapleys Hill Road and a 200 sqm bulky goods site at the northern end of the centre.
