SYDNEY: General Pants Co. is throwing its support behind Ksubi as the cult denim label readies to step back into the limelight.
The chain store retailer has unveiled Ksubi window displays in 15 of its national stores.
On show until May 10, the windows feature a 'Has Beans' t-shirt designed by Ksubi for General Pants Co. The limited edition t-shirt has been released to celebrate Ksubi's 10th birthday.
The General Pants Co. windows have also been timed to coincide with Ksubi's return to the catwalk at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week (RAFW). Making its first RAFW appearance in three years, Ksubi will close the annual trade event with a runway show on May 7.
General Pants brand manager Jethro Lyons said consumer demand for Ksubi product remains strong despite Ksubi's recent voluntary administration.
“They're never failed to unveil exciting ranges and now with nuts and bolts tightened at the back end of their business they look set to push their creative boundaries even further,” Lyons said.
