PERTH: Menswear label Daniel Hechter has recruited a certain Australian Football League (AFL) player for its latest promotion drive.
The suiting label is now an official sponsor of the Fremantle Dockers and will provide the team with formal apparel for AFL functions.
Fremantle player Chris Tarrant is also the star of the label's winter advertising campaign, with advertisements currently on display across bus shelters throughout Western Australia.
The sponsorship deal has been coordinated by Daniel Hechter's Australian and New Zealand licensee, Expedition Apparel. The company acquired the licence for the French fashion label in 2006 and also distributes suiting label Boston Fine Tailoring.
