MELBOURNE: Fashion Exposed has teamed up with a leading French trade show to establish an exchange system for exhibiting designers.
The commitment will see Fashion Exposed collaborate with Who’s Next Premiere Class Paris, commencing at the forthcoming Fashion Exposed fair in Melbourne.
Organised through French trade promotion agency Ubifrance, the initiative will see French labels show at Fashion Exposed and Australian labels show at Who’s Next Premiere Class Paris, or at its Dubai installment.
Eight French labels will take part in the Melbourne show. Brands include AF148-AF147, Akelakey, Ëroik, Feiyue, Little Marcel, Nature and Taratata and TH (Teachheart). They will be located in the Preview precinct of the fair, selling winter 2011 product.
The brands will also appear in a Salon Show on August 29 at 1pm, which will be repeated on August 30 at 12pm.
Fashion Exposed will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from August 29 to 31. It will coincide with the Australian Shoe Fair and the Bags and Accessories Fair.
