NATIONAL: Ed Hardy Australia has been placed into liquidation.
The resolution was passed at a second creditor's meeting yesterday. Deloitte partners Simon Wallace-Smith and Tim Norman were first appointed as administrators to Ed Hardy Operations Ltd and Ed Hardy Pty Ltd on August 9, 2010.
The streetwear retailer operated ten stores across Victoria, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia at the time of their appointment.
