SYDNEY: Over 120 fashion designers will clear summer stock at discount prices at Fashion Weekend Summer.
Participating designers include Alice McCall, Bec & Bridge, Fleur Wood, Hussy, Ginger & Smart, Manning Cartell and Shakuhachi. They will reduce prices by up to 70 per cent.
Catwalk parades will be key to the event, with three shows on rotation covering beachwear, daywear and evening dresses. In addition, beauty makeovers, hair styling and manicures will be offered.
The Fashion Weekend concept launched nine years ago in London, to enable designers to connect directly with fashion consumers.
Over 13,000 consumers attended the last installment of the event for winter stock. Tickets must be purchased for the event, which will take place at the Royal Hall of Industries from November 12 to 15.
