NATIONAL: Karen Millen England has set a date to launch its first concession concept store in Myer.
Initially scheduled for August, the first concession will now hit Myer Sydney on October 24. This will be followed by Myer Chadstone, Melbourne in December and Myer Melbourne in January.
In addition, the trend oriented label has a stand alone store set to open in the new luxury arm of Chadstone Shopping Centre later this year. It will also be launching jewellery into stores shortly.
The Myer concession stores are designed by UK architects Adam Brinkworth and Brinkworth Limited London and will feature many of the design features from Karen Millen’s flagship store on Regent Street, London.
Known for its chic cocktail dresses and elegant work wear, the label began in England in 1981. It was launched into Australia by Melbourne based brand management company Aesthetics Group in 2004. The label has over 200 stores in 35 countries.
