Men's underwear label Sly Underwear is preparing to release a range of women's underwear and will also launch a new men's collection in a move to ramp up the label's offering.

The brand, which has 95 stockists around Australia including City Beach and Glue Store, is currently in the sampling stage for the women's underwear range, and plans to launch the female collection in-store in October. The initial women's range will consist of seven pieces and will mirror the men's range, incorporating similar bright colours and prints, such as tattoo patterns.

The new men's line, titled “Eleven Injections”, will feature 11 fresh  pieces to complement the original collection “Think Outside The Jock”, and will be available in-store by June this year. Sly Underwear founder Dan Murray said the label is also expanding its overseas reach and recently picked up a few international distributors.

“We recently signed on with a couple of distributors in New Zealand and in the United States and we are in negotiations with a distributor in the United Kingdom also,” he said.
