High Street giant Cue has received an average of 400 orders per week since its e-commerce launch last month, Ragtrader can reveal.

The brand, which operates stores across Australia and New Zealand as well as concessions in department store Myer, took its online shopping platform live on May 9.

Cue chief executive officer David Kesby told Ragtrader that the US, UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan were key international markets for e-commerce sales.

Due to strong global demand, Cue will introduce a flat shipping rate of $20 for over 20 of the 32 countries it currently ships to.

The company has also extended its long-running loyalty program Cue.Club to international registrations.

“We have also seen great results and conversion rates from the mobile version of Cue Online,” Kesby said. “Accessories and dresses have been great performers.”

Cue.cc was developed by Gee Multimedia, which also created platforms for Target and Berlei. The e-commerce platform will see over 50 new styles released each fortnight.
