NATIONAL: Seafolly and Taxi Clothing have settled a dispute arising over the use of an original fabric print titled 'Xanadu'.
The Xanadu print was created by Seafolly and used on its swimwear garments. Seafolly alleged that Taxi Clothing had without the authority of Seafolly sold swimwear featuring a print that infringed copyright in the Xanadu print.
The dispute has been settled by the parties, with Taxi Clothing paying Seafolly an undisclosed amount in settlement of the claim and agreeing not to reproduce the allegedly infringing print in the future.
