MELBOURNE: Dutch denim brand G-Star Raw and surfwear label Quiksilver have signed on as anchor tenants at a new $110 million development in Melbourne's Bourke Street.
Over half of the 12,500 square metre project, developed by boutique property group LAS, will be converted to retail space housing fashion and entertainment tenants.
The remainder of the space, due for completion in September, will be converted to offices.
