SYDNEY: Yaffa Publishing is looking for a junior or graduate journalist to work on its coveted business title Ragtrader.
Yaffa Publishing is a Surry Hills-based family-owned business boasting a stable of around 38 business and consumer titles.
While our titles come in all shapes and forms – as do, in fact, the staff who work on them – the one thing we have in common is a desire to write and produce an array of mighty fine magazines.
And this is where you come in.
What we WANT is a talented, creative hardworking junior or graduate prepared to roll up their sleeves and help do the grunt work done required to keep Australia's premier fashion business magazine on top.
We are NOT LOOKING FOR a wanna-be fashionista more concerned with promoting his or her own collection than keeping our readers engaged and informed.
So, if you possess a journalism tertiary qualification and have a nose for the news . . .
If you have a portfolio brimming with intriguing, well-written stories. . .
If you've made friends with spell check along with your thesaurus. . . .
If you are not adverse to begging, pleading or the occasional grovel for the sake of a good story then. . . write in and sing your own praises.
