Fashion – Area Manager – Womens Apparel – Newly Created Role – Make it Your Own !!

:: VARIED ROLE

Our client is a national womenswear retailer with over 133 stores nationwide. They are looking for an Area Manager to join the team.

This is a exciting & varied role that would ideally suit an Area Manager looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced Retail Manager looking to take a step up. Managing a cluster or around 15 stores based in South NSW, you will enjoy the travel aspect of the role. 

Key assessment criteria:
:: Drive retail sales to maximise company turnover & profitability.
:: Lead, coach & mentor store managers ensuring lows on KPI’s of the business
:: Conduct formal appraisals
:: Recruit and select store managers
:: Develop in-store promotional strategies
:: Develop and implement operational, sales and marketing plans for own region.

Critical to your success will be your ability to identify and oversee store presentation, promotions and ensure a customer service environment is cohesive in all stores.
