Managing a small team and delegating workload, taking full responsibility for the quality assurance function, your role will be to:
Ensure samples are approved by checking quality, construction and measurements and compiling reports
Conducting fit sessions, final inspections and liaising with the factories regarding any changes that need to be made
Preparation of specification sheets
Compiling costings
Problem solving

To be successful in this position you will have experience in a similar role with full knowledge of QA procedures and in a management position. You will also have strong communication skills both verbal and written and be well organised able to work independently and manage a small team.
