-Develop the Merchandise Assortment Plan
-Manage and assure quality standards, processes and testing
-Ensure deliveries are made in full and on time
-Establish and monitor new and ongoing product profitability
-Manage the timely delivery of samples and design information
-Travel internationally for Trade Fairs and Customer presentations

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in a Product Development role within the intimate apparel sector. You should also have tertiary qualifications, a strong taste level, great eye for trends, new ideas, the ability to see the future clearly and a strong passion for the intimate apparel industry. You will also be required to understand budgets and be able to allocate proportional effort to where the business will be impacted the most effectively.
