Reporting to the Retail Director, you will drive sales and profits across a total of 50 stores through a team of 4 Area Managers, by motivating, training and developing those around you.

You are currently a multi site manager with a minimum of 12 months of proven success as a State Manager in the Retail industry. You lead by example and have a coaching and mentoring leadership style. You use your initiative to drive sales and to exceed targets.

You will be a well presented retailer with excellent communication and organisational skills. An appreciation of the current local and international trends and a strong understanding of the Australian Retail Fashion Industry is a must.
