Successful women’s fashion retailer needs a HR Manager. Can you implement ideas and drive all aspects of the businesses recruitment & training needs?
• Be the vital link between Head Office and Stores.
• Sydney CBD based.
• Circa $130k package!!
This incredibly successful women’s retailer is one of the most established within the fashion industry. Chic and stylish, they continue to grow both nationally and internationally.
Reporting directly to the National Retail Manager and the General Manager you will be responsible for all HR initiatives within head office and over 200 retail sites. This will include Training and Development, identifying training needs and developing and delivering courses nationally, recruitment, implementing OH&S procedures, Industrial Relations and ongoing continual Performance Management procedures.
You will be tertiary qualified with a proven track record as a Generalist HR Manager within a retail multi site environment. You thrive on utilising your initiative and you have the ability to demonstrate your success in building teams via learning, developing and performance management. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working autonomously and is challenged within an unstructured environment which will allow you to implement ideas and change and therefore directly affecting the performance of the company.
