Zara will open its first store in a suburb 23 kilometres west of Sydney's CBD.

The international giant will open its first Western Sydney site at Westfield Parramatta this Saturday.

This follows the opening of its third store in Queensland at Westfield Garden City on September 15.

The locations will feature the global fashion brand’s new concept, framed around the terms 'beauty', 'clarity', 'functionality' and 'sustainability'.

Excessive design elements have been removed with a sleek white surface spanning the ceiling and walls to create an illusion of space.

The sites have a floor area close to 2400sqm and a sales area of approximately 1800sqm.

The stores will display the latest spring/summer collections across woman, basic, TRF, kids and man.

All designs have been designed for the Southern Hemisphere.

In Australia, Zara currently has 17 stores: six in NSW, four in VIC, three in QLD, two in WA and one each in ACT and SA.
Its next store will open in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre at the Gold Coast.
