Zara has launched online sales today throughout Australia, via its dedicated website www.zara.com/au.

zara.com/au offers the brand’s full range of merchandise for women, men, kids (including newborn) and some exclusive items for the market.

Zara has dedicated a localised warehouse in Sydney to deliver its online services across the market.

The website is designed to operate on any mobile device, using any browser and by means of its app, available in both iOS and Android versions.

Payments can be made using standard e-commerce payment methods such as PayPal plus all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

When shopping online, customers are able to check the availability of an item at any physical store in Australia, as well as seeing recommended products.

They are also able to choose between home delivery, picking up orders at a store of their choice or at drop points across the country.

When exchanging or returning purchased items, shoppers have the choice to return items via online, store or drop point within a 30-day period.

Other key delivery points include:

  1. Customers are able to pick-up items in store for free within 1-4 working days.
  2. Pick-up at drop points is free on orders over A$75, and available within 1-4 working days.
  3. Next-day delivery is available in Sydney,Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 and free on orders over A$75.
  4. Customers in Sydney can also select same-day deliveries for those orders placed from Monday to Friday before 14:00, with a cost of A$12.95, for delivery between 18:00 and 21:00.

Zara is owned by the Inditex Group, one of the world’s largest fashion retail groups. Inditex currently has 22 stores in Australia: 19 Zara stores and three Zara Home stores.
